Sakakibara Ikue born May 08, 1959, is a singer, actress, talent, former idol from Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. In 1987 she married Watanabe Tooru and became Watanabe Ikue (渡辺郁惠). She is currently affiliated with Horipro.
