Nozomu Taiga is a member of the 26th class of the Gekidan NLT actor training school. He was also a special member of the 10th graduating class of the Nihon Narration Engi Kenkyuujo training school.

Taiga suspended his voice acting career in January 2009 but returned to the industry in April 2010. He ceased voice acting once again in January 2012.
