He began his career in dubbing while studying acting at the Sylvia Derbez Academy. One day, while she was at a casting at the Churubusco studios, she met a dubbing director who asked her if she was interested in doing dubbing and left her number, then she called him and introduced herself to him. When she met actors whose voice she knew she was delighted, so she decided to do dubbing. Her first important character and to date the longest running was Donna Martin in Beverly Hills, 90210. She was 19 years old when she started recording it and it was a great opportunity for her because Eduardo Tejedo, director of the series, integrated her into his team and taught him the art of folding.
She was the founder and teacher of the children's dubbing school Doblaje Niños together with Elsa Covián and Mario Heras, being a teacher for the children's dubbing actors Sebastián García, Sebastián Albavera, Danna Alcalá and Juanpi Macías. She also founded and owned the TOPaudio dubbing studio with her then-husband Gerardo Vásquez and Marcos Patiño.
Toni also spoke English and Greek, thanks to this, she was in charge of the translation of the film The Taste of Life and performed theater in Greece.
