Chalciuhtlicue is the Crimson Lord who is contracted to Westshore. She speaks through an engraved stone medallion with soft voice. With other Lords of the Four Gods of Earth and their partners, they had agreed to the destruction of the United States and started the clash between Flame Haze which later be named as the "Civil War".
