Takahiro Matsumoto is a second-year high school student of Sanada West High School. He is a classmate of Yassan and his friend, Inaba. He and his friend participate in random conversations which topic ranges from the definition of female cuteness to the coolness of men. Despite his usual glare, he is actually quite friendly; he even let Motoharu, who was basically a stranger to him, borrow his bicycle.

He lives across Habara’s house and is thus an easy target to the harassment of the Funky High School Girls. Because he was victimized by the Archdemon when he was younger, he tries to stay clear of the girls but is less anxious than Karasawa.
