Mentioned by name only in the manga. In the anime version, he is the womanizing ruler of the seemingly impregnable Black Steel Castle (黒鉄城, Kokutetsujō?). Sakuya infiltrates the castle by seducing Gaoh and has him assassinated by Reina's sniper arrow.
