The Captain of the Guard commands the soldiers in Waal. He answers to the Castellan of Waal. Frieren says he is a good guard, as he is as harsh on outsiders as he should be. Though he initially warns Frieren's Party to not cause trouble, when he learns of Frieren's identity, he immediately apologizes to her.
