The governor of Waal. He recognizes Frieren as a member of the Hero Party and views the Hero Party very favorably. He assumes the best of Frieren and believes her to be heading to the Northern Lands to subjugate monsters. He allows Frieren's Party to pass through the checkpoint with much fanfare.
