Don Harmage is the main villain of NG Knight Lamune & 40 TV series.
An evil warlock bent on resurrecting the demon Goburiki in his "Castle Hoi-Hoi" dimensional fortress, later revealed to be Goburiki's separated soul who plans to rule again by reclaiming his sealed body.
As with most archvillains, Harmage will commit anything to achieve his evil goals even if it meant brainwashing Da Cider and Lesqua to do his bidding, and will not tolerate failure by subjecting to extreme punishments.
