Military Role: Sniper

A member of the Penal Hero Unit 9004. He has straw colored hair and a missing tooth on the right side of his upper row of teeth. He has a cheerful personality yet kind of a goofball and is very talkative. Although he is a cheerful person, he has quite a few loose screws. If he gets too emotionally attached to his kill targets, he could kill random people without a second thought and use them as proof that he has completed his mission. He is a former assassin of an underground association and is known as the best. Even labelled as a genius; a prodigy. Tsav is the unit's sniper and uses a heavily modified weapon finely tuned by Norgalle. He is also a terrible gambler and even barred from the gambling den at Mureed Fortress.
