Shigehisa Fuwa is a rich ex-ambassador to whom Sachiko Kasukabe was in deep debt. He has a deep-seated grudge for the Kasukabe family.


Each time Fuwa appears, he tries to give Hayato and the cafe staff a hard time for his petty grudge. His grandson even brags that Fuwa has ties to the police so he can do as he pleases as he causes trouble for Hayato.
