Nuolan Shan was the head of the Nuolan Shan Family from Ice Mist Star of the Kaluo Empire. Using his strength, he founded the Nuolan Shan Family about 81,066 years prior to the encounter between Luo Feng and Bu Luo Nuolan Shan. He acquired his fame by becoming a Universe-level Huge Axe Warrior, which he earned by killing 1000 Universe Level warriors in the Huge Axe Dojo. More than half of those that he killed were Universe Level 9! With his strength and the large armies under him, he brought the Nuolan Shan family to the status of the 3rd-strongest family of the Kaluo Empire.
