Shang Chen Bei Yue is level 9 battle expert from the Dark City in Blue Domain and experts in dark magic. He is considered the strongest elemental in Blue Domain. He partners with Ji Huo Li level 8. He battles against level 5 Ge Lan and Hua Fa in the 3 Domains Tournament in final round but oddly never attacks only defends and then when his partner is almost injured he concedes loss and waks away silently helping injured Ji Huo Li. This allows Ge Lan and Hua Fa to get 1st place against all odds.
