As the ♥5 Player, Chris is able to quickly heal from any injury, even death, which he experiences on a regular basis while using his ability. His ability requires him to consume a certain amount of sugar as a substitute for the calories used when regenerating the body, so he always carries snacks with him.
End of Season 1:
Beginning of Season 2:
[spoiler] Chris rejoins High Card. As a sort of penalty for the X-Hand from season 1, Chris' ability is 'damaged', and his healing malfunctions. Though he continues with the same carefree attitude he's displayed before and his tendency to take hits (As he's usually supported by his X-Playing Card's ability), his body is now at great risk with every injury he sustains.
