Akane can be classified as a tsundere, being rather short tempered especially with matters regarding Saito, and even go to massive, exaggerated tangents to chastise him even for somewhat minuscule matters. Living together with Saito, forces her to retrospect herself, and be more willing to concede and cooperate, resulting in less hostility and lowering more of her guard.

She is Saito Houjou's fellow classmate and rival. When she's not speaking, she possesses a beauty that could be compared to that of a model. However, whenever she encounters Saito, they end up in constant disagreements. She harbors a strong competitive spirit, is diligent in her efforts, and values her family. Additionally, she has a dream she is determined to achieve, even if it means marrying Saito.
