Where as Jose` shows genuine care and concern for Henrietta's welfare, Jean adopts a cold and impersonal attitude, viewing Rico as a tool and keeping her on heavy doses of conditioning. As a result, Jean became driven, hard-hearted, ruthless and sometimes cruel, especially when dealing with terrorists.
