Kay is a slender centaur with a light brown hair and white details on the legs and black hooves where she wears silver horseshoes. For her human part she has a slender figure with mediums breasts. For her attire she wears light white, green, black armor with red and plaid details on the human side that ends in a short skirt at the front. She wears a piece on the back of her equine part. She also wears a saddle-like accessory, and her armor is on top of a white shirt.

She is very loyal to her ojou-sama, as she got hurt protecting Tisalia from an avalanche. She also has a flirtatious side, where she doesn't care about Glenn being on her breasts. She even tried to coax him into touching her and Lorna—only Lorna in the Light Novel. She and Lorna attempted to get Glenn to "soil them", as a way of forcing him to marry Tisalia.

Kay and her sister were adopted by the Schytia family during the time of war between humans and monsters. They grew up with Tisalia's helpers.
