Kirigaya Touko is a first-year student at Tsukinomori Girls' Academy, and the lead guitarist of Morfonica. She handles the band's costumes and like Lisa, follows gyaru fashion.

Touko is a popular girl who gathers people around her both at school and on social media, where she goes by the name TOKO and is known as a popular influencer who's able to find and create the latest trends. She is a cheerful and open-hearted girl, but those around her are often caught up by her tendency to play things by ear. She often talks in gyaru slang and wants to take selfies no matter where she goes (even during performances).
