Bem is the leader of three youkai-ningen, carrying out his own justice at any given time. He has faith that by defeating evil and saving human beings, someday, he can become a human. Whenever he senses signs of evil, he makes his appearance throughout Libra, both in Upper town and the Outside.

He accurately assesses situations and always prioritizes the safety of other human beings. Though he is a quiet and expressionless person and appears to be cold-hearted, he treats Bela and Belo as his family and looks after them.

He has high intelligence and a tough body with the special ability to control electricity.
