Due to his quick wit, he's able to figure out the powers and rules of other Negators and UMAs with little trouble and time.
Andy's ability is a self-targeting type that makes him immortal and allows him to regenerate all damage. Specifically, it negates anything that brings him closer to death - including aging. The regeneration is triggered automatically by default; however, he has trained to the point where he can now control the speed. He shoots his body parts out as a projectile. His severed body parts only last for thirty seconds once detached from his body.
