Astaroth is a founder and supreme leader of the Kisaragi Corporation, responsible for the management.

Daughter of the Kirasagi Conglomerate president, Astaroth founded the Evil Organization Kisaragi alongside Belial the Great Flame and Lilith the Dark, to conquer the world as retribution for Lilith losing her parents in a civil war. Receiving ice manipulation powers after being operated by Lilith, she was ruthless at first, planning to hang all the corrupt rulers and wealthy people, though Astaroth became nicer after spending time with her subordinates.

When she was founding the organization, Astaroth was begged by Six to join the organization whilst begging for incoherent things such as being the househusband of hers. After her organization almost conquered the world, Astaroth and Belial assigned him to a mission to explore and conquer an alternate world similar to Earth after randomly choose Six with a dice.
