Chiharu Yoki, nicknamed Tsubaki (椿), is a character in Oresuki. She is a second-year transfer student in Joro's class.

Tsubaki is a kind and helpful person who is charismatic and confident when speaking and she is very professional in her work and takes it seriously.

After meeting Joro, she was stunned at how far he was willing to go to help his friend, Sun. By coincidence, she transferred into his class, and she decided she would help him embrace his role as a main character rather than letting his inferiority complex control him.

She is not infatuated with Joro, although she does get flustered when Joro compliments her, and (platonically) swears her eternal devotion to him by kissing his hand.
