Appearing in episode 22A of Osomatsu-san, Atsushi is an acquaintance of Todomatsu's who owns a car. Todomatsu considers bringing him to the mixer, but realizes that he would get all the women.

Atsushi has appeared as a background character in other merchandise such as keychains since his original appearance, yet all that is known about him is that he has a car and his name.
