Pikuru is a mischievous female penguin. When she first meets Pingu and he prevents her from walking in the wet concrete, she decides to mess with him to amuse herself. When Pingu breaks down crying after he himself accidentally steps in the concrete, her soft side is revealed, and she helps him redo it.
