The Royal Penguin is a type of penguin Friend that debuted on the Kemono Friends' official website. She has since made a cameo appearance in the chapter 17 cover art of the Kemono Friends Manga and later appeared in the Kemono Friends anime as a major character.

Appearance:

Royal Penguin's hair is primarily white at the top, with a black stripe spreading out across the back of her hair. Her fringe is tipped with pink and a hint of yellow, and she has yellow and orange tufts of hair. She has a pair of black twintails tied with orange bands, and wears white headphones. Her eyes are red. Her hoodie is primarily white, with black on the outer arms. Like other penguins, there are mittens resembling flippers on the sleeves of the hoodie. Attached to the collar are two yellow strings, with white beads and an end resembling a penguin's footprint. Her tail is pure black and reaches to her knees. She wears white thigh highs topped with a lace design, and wears pink shoes with a large top, and black laces and soles.

Personality:

Princess has a sense of confidence that P.P.P. can become something great. This shows itself through her criticisms of mistakes that the group makes, as well as her passion for practicing routines. Despite this, she's a firm believer that being an idol should be fun, and encourages the rest of the group to loosen up and enjoy themselves while improving their technique. She is described by Margay as the 'pillar of the group'.
