Mizuno Kanta, also known as The Great Kanto Desert's Ghost, the Sunabouzu, is the main character of Desert Punk. He is infamously known as the most skilled handyman in the desert, performing tasks no one else could or would with a 100% success rate. Kanta is selfish and cynical. He is quite lecherous and opportunistic, and is not above kidnapping or bribery in order to have sex with women he finds attractive. He is very adamant in completing any job given to him willing to do anything to complete his tasks, even if it involves underhanded tactics, using people, or betraying allies.
