He was the emperor of the Misurugi empire, he is the father of Julio, Ange and Sylvia.

He used to rule the kingdom until the Julio, his eldest son, exposed Ange as a "Norma" during her baptismal rite where he immediately he suffered a heart attack and has also become grief stricken when he learns about his wife's death while protecting Ange . It wasn't clear if he knew about Ange being a "Norma" but despite of it, Julio had him restrained and was later on executed.
