Donabenabe (real name Charlie McCarthy in the dub / Nabeo Donabezawa in the sub) is a businessman. He's president of the Nerimagari News Service which he abuses by writing bad reviews about certain areas he's interested in thus driving down real estate prices and buying said area for himself.

He wears a pot on his head which he claims is his fashion thing. He worked as a paperboy when he was a child. He wants to build a baseball dome on the daikon farm for his baseball team "the cleavage giants" (nerimagari donables in the sub). Donabenabe usually travels around in his yellow/purple mini bus which he has mounted an origami gun onto.
